Minhui Lee is a NYC based composer, music director, and pianist, who hails from Seoul, South Korea. Her original work has been featured in Lincoln Center’s Broadway Future Songbook Series, Prospect Musicals, 54 below and more, and her select Music Direction credits include Baby (Conductor/Associate MD; Drama Desk Nominee), Caroline, or Change (Audelco Winner), Kinky Boots (Associate MD; Fulton Theatre), United States v. Gupta (world premiere), and Misaeng (HoriPro; world premiere). She has had the privilege of working with Pulitzer and Tony Award-winning writer Michael R. Jackson, Tony Award-winning director and writer Richard Maltby Jr., and three-time Tony Award-winning choreographer Andy Blankenbuehler.

Minhui wrote the theme songs for the Korean Professional Baseball Team, Kiwoom Heroes, and recently released her debut single, "Adagio for Strings”, now available on all major music streaming platforms. 

She earned a BA in Composition from Ewha Womans University in Seoul, and holds an MFA in Musical Theatre Writing from NYU Tisch. She is a proud member of the Dramatist Guild of America, Local 802 AFM, and Maestra.
